RE: News of the World - kyonides - 09-08-2020 China says Indian forces crossed border, fired warning shots
https://apnews.com/0ea5d13315acb3cdc030d711a9d3e753First of all let me remind you of a few facts. China and India has been fighting for the territory that is right between China, India and a bit of Nepal. Chinese claim the region and named it with a typical Chinese name, India did the same but in their own language. Nepalese claim that India invaded part of its territory while building a highway that leads to that very same region in dispute. Since 1962 both China and India want to stretch or reduce the border based on their own agendas. Those fights have been brutal even resorting to unconventional fighting styles for modern armies like boxing, throwing stones, pushing enemies to make them fall down the cliffs, etc. Shots are, err, kind of uncommon, but they do happen every other day. They usually call them "warning shots" only. By the way, they have been trying to negotiate a different deal since their only war ended in a hard to swallow truce long time ago. So where did they meet? Let me give you a tip, you would link that place to bears, not pandas but bears. Curiously it seems the Bible also relates it with a bear. Oh and its current leader is as bald as this guy! => Last 2 journalists working for Australian media leave China
https://apnews.com/28d6c05e87922013cf6c485d9568160dWell, some time ago it was a row over meat and other products, now Australian journalists are not welcome in China. Actually they did not let them go at first, even if they had packed everything to leave China behind for good. Things are getting UGLY there. AP News Wrote:Both journalists had sheltered in Australian diplomatic compounds in recent days.If they cannot blame you for anything, they will bother you till you can take it anymore. El Salvador prosecutors search prisons in pact investigation
https://apnews.com/ee6a00d1d18658a3eb1a40ad9df3e460They first criticized Nayib Bukele for being quite severe while dealing with criminals. Nowadays they want to accuse him of negotiating with the Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13 as you might know it in the USA. This does not make any sense, he actually ordered them to mix criminals from several gangs. So why would he send a committee to negotiate with the MS? Also keep in mind that there are local political parties that hate Bukele as much as Democrats hate Trump in the US. Samsung wins $6.6 billion Verizon contract for 5G network
https://apnews.com/50e406d41d782a1bcbe2596bd6ecf4beDid you want to carry along a brand new 5G cellphone? Well, that might happen in the not so far future in many more places. AP News Wrote:But one 5G rival — China’s Huawei Technologies Ltd. — wasn’t in the running for the contract. Huawei has been largely absent from the U.S. since 2012, when a congressional panel warned phone carriers to avoid it.How curious... is it not? Several media keep blaming Trump for how his administration has treated Huawei but even back in 2012 they noticed it was a threat. Oh and few years later China approved two controversial laws that would force companies with subsidiaries or headquarters in China to share any intelligence with the government. They still want to claim they pose no threat to US security. Italy investigates Apple, Google, Dropbox over cloud storage

In one case, it’s also looking into “vexatious clauses” in a contract.I wished they had done those "clarifications" a lot sooner than they usually do. Oh and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson called his poisoning outrageous. Saudi court issues final verdicts in Khashoggi killing
https://apnews.com/7c6e35f99ba2861e242ac607e20dac40AP News Wrote:A Saudi court issued final verdicts on Monday in the case of slain Washington Post columnist and Saudi critic Jamal Khashoggi after his son, who still resides in the kingdom, announced pardons that spared five of the convicted individuals from execution.Interesting attitude but why was it for just 5 out of 8 people in trial? AP News Wrote:The court ordered a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for the five. Another individual received a 10-year sentence, and two others were ordered to serve seven years in prison. That was the reason, they weren't desperate to get such pardons. So what about the Crown Prince? Is he really getting away with it? Those men worked for his office after all. Japanese economy is not rising but sinking

RE: News of the World - kyonides - 09-09-2020 Bill de Blasio touts 'peaceful' weekend as NYPD hits 25-year high in gun arrests https://www.foxnews.com/us/nypd-gun-arrests-labor-day-weekend-2020 So is this just another Democrat talking about their "summer of love" again? Fox News Wrote:'The problem is there’s too many guns out there, and there’s not enough consequences, and once we get our heads wrapped around that, I think we’ll be in a better place,' NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea said Later on they added de Blasio's remark on this weekend. Fox News Wrote:The news came after 23 shootings -- two fatally -- occurred over the holiday weekend. The shootings victims include a 6-year-old, his mother and three others who were wounded by gunfire while celebrating J’Ouvert, a Caribbean culture festival, in Brooklyn early Monday. So there were 23 shootings but he only cared about 1 of them. What about the other 22 groups of victims? Then some Fox News Wrote:...a former NYPD officer, and Bronx Councilman Ritchie Torres have called for an independent investigation into an alleged work slowdown. Well, de Blasio always wanted to cut their budget but not his wife's, even if she doesn't need to spend $2 millions by hiring a speech writer, a hair dresser, among other people. Now with hundreds of cops getting dismissed, what city would be able to deal with criminality in a timely manner? Fox News Wrote:He attributed some the uptick in gun crimes to bail reform and court closures. Definitely that's the worst way to deal with pitty criminals that never learn the lesson. 12 Hong Kongers arrested for fleeing from China
https://www.businesstimes.com.sg/government-economy/hk-residents-arrested-at-sea-will-have-to-be-dealt-with-by-mainland-china-lamEven their local government admitted mainland China will judge them. Weren't they Hong Kongers in the first place!? Why do they need to transfer them to Beijing or Shangai or Wuhan to face a trial? That's right! They were heading to Taiwan. Even so the CCP treats Taiwan as a "rebel" province so it'd be Chinese soil as well, based on their own logic not the Taiwanese, so why would they ever need to arrest them at all!? Business Times Wrote:"If these Hong Kong residents were arrested for breaching mainland offences then they have to be dealt with according to the mainland laws and in accordance to the jurisdiction before any other things could happen." Mrs Lam added that her government had "a duty to render assistance" to Hong Kong residents "caught in all sorts of situations" abroad and the government's representative office in Guangzhou, Guangdong's capital, will look into ways to provide that assistance and liaise with mainland authorities. And what jurisdiction was it? When exactly did they leave Hong Kong to enter Guangdong province or any other Chinese province? They were sailing to Taiwan! Plus China can't just think all of the South China sea is theirs. There are several countries there that own parts of that sea as well! Business Times Wrote:News agency AFP reported on Monday lawyers representing some of those captured have been denied access to their clients. Mrs Lam did not address that particular aspect when asked. And they aren't even allowed to meet their lawyers! How can the Chinese authorities call it a due process if they can't defend themselves by contacting their lawyers? Especially when they can't really prove they committed a crime there. Taiwan urges alliance against Chinese aggressive actions

I've owned weird phones in the past but I've never experienced such an "automatic wipe" at all. It's just impossible to have hired a gang of idiots as attorneys or investigators that can't even keep their phones safe and working normally. They wouldn't have last more than a few months at any private firm. Just in case you have missed them, these are the official DOJ records. RE: News of the World - kyonides - 09-12-2020 The Atlantic calls to 'end the Nobel Peace Prize' following Trump nominations
Fox News on Atlantic staff writer Graeme Wood Wrote:"Giving the peace prize to no one at all is a tradition the Nobel Committee should revive, perhaps on a permanent basis," Wood added. "The record of achievement of the peace laureates is so spotty, and the rationales for their awards so eclectic, that the committee should take a long break to consider whether peace is a category coherent enough to be worth recognizing. Peace had its chance, and blew it. The Trump nomination ... helps show why." So Mr. Wood you need a reason why they should pick Trump and not your favorite candidate... Well, a Peace Deal is a feat by itself but what about a SECOND PEACE DEAL? Trump and Israel and Bahrain: A New Peace Deal
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-54124996This makes Bahrain the fourth Arab country recognizing Israel's existence as a state! You can't deny Trump achieved more feats in just 4 years than Obama and Biden in two terms. Fox News Wrote:In the winter, the La Nina phenomenon usually brings more precipitation and colder-than-usual temperatures across the northern U.S., with the opposite happening across southern states. That's in the US but down here in Costa Rica it always gets kind of cold or sultry depending on your location and quite rainy for sure. Moria migrants and Greek islanders protest over new camp https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-54125761 BBC Wrote:Almost 13,000 people had been living in squalor in the overcrowded Moria camp and are desperate to leave the island. Well, the fire left the immigrants quite vulnerable... and they don't want them to build another shelter? That reminds me of what happened down here in Southern Costa Rica, some Haitian immigrants burned their shelter and escaped claiming they were tired of waiting the day they would be able to reach the Northern border shared with Nicaragua. Poor people! They ignore Ortega is the worst president in Central America after Noriega had been arrested in Panama long ago. Maduro did the same some time ago. This would make Lukashenko the second tyrant looking for Russia's assistance. Anyway Russia had already offered him to send Russian cops to help him stop public protests. AP news Wrote:Prosecutors have launched a criminal probe against top members of the Coordination Council created by the opposition to push for a new election, accusing them of undermining national security. This is extremely dangerous to say the least. Here's the official Pentagon report. Fox News Wrote:The report specifies China’s fast increase in the number of warheads arming Beijing’s intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) capable of threatening America will likely grow to 200 in the next five years. As an element of this expansion, China is increasing its inventory of long-range land-fired DF-26 Anti-Ship missiles able to fire both conventional and nuclear missiles. Fox News Wrote:On Monday, the NHC reported just 10 new virus cases, all of which were said to be imported, across 31 provinces and the “Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Chinese mainland.” Asymptomatic cases are counted separately and tallied 39, all, likewise, said to be imported. Oh really? Then why they're so fixated on Xinjiang, the province where the Uighurs live. Yes, they're the same that are forced to drink mysterious beverages the authorities claim are herbal medicines. Democrats might not accept election results if Trump wins,
‘street battles’ could ensue: Atlantic writer

Are The Atlantic staff out of their minds? How could they let him incite people to spread chaos just like that? This seriously sound a lot like a communist party way to deal with losses. What's next? Rigged polls to make sure only Democrats may ever enter the White House? Fox News Wrote:Atlantic contributing writer Shadi Hamid wrote that he doesn’t believe “Trump is a fascist or a dictator in the making” and doesn’t consider America a “failed state,” but he does have one significant concern.Yeah, that Democrats will just rebel because they can't stand Trump beating two Democrats in a row at the polls. Fox News Wrote:“Democracy, after all, is supposed to self-correct after mistakes, particularly mistakes as egregious as electing Donald Trump — whose unfitness for the nation’s highest office makes itself apparent with almost every passing day,” he wrote. https://www.foxnews.com/tech/massive-breakthrough-155-mm-howitzer-artillery-destroys-attacking-cruise-missileSo now the US doesn't need as many missiles as before to stop dangerous cruise missiles thanks to this improvement! They can now do it with a “hypervelocity projectile” able to travel at speeds up to Mach 5. This also allows the military to move their forces based on the current enemy's targets. They already had a similar technology in their ships but providing their tanks with this innovation makes them more reliable than ever. Plus it's obviously easier to carry more of these brand new bullets than missiles. Oh and they're safe to transport for they don't need any nuclear component at all. Of course, an extremist like that Atlantic writer will never admit Trump has managed to improve the response of the US military against foreign threats. I want you to match that and double that reward. I know you care about law enforcement. You expressed a very interesting statement about your perspective on race relations and on officer-involved shootings and the impact that it has on the African-American community. And I appreciated that but likewise, we need to appreciate that respect for life goes across all professions. You see, Lebron James was quite vocal about condemning cops that are abusive or kill suspects illegally while claiming their victims are black predominantly. They had attacked the Al Safirah missile compound outside the city of Aleppo, located closed to the border shared with Turkey. So why is this important? Well, that's because Hezbollah and Iran might be behind these proliferation of weapons in the Middle East. Fox News Wrote:In 2018, American and western intelligence sources believed Iran had sent shipments of advanced weaponry to Hezbollah, deliveries that included Global Positioning System (GPS) components to make previously unguided rockets into precision guided-missiles, increasing the threat to Israel. She wrote that she believed COVID-19 could have been “conveniently created” within a lab setting over a period of just six months, and “SARS-CoV-2 shows biological characteristics that are inconsistent with a naturally occurring, zoonotic virus”. Well, the defector had studied it with her colleagues and were amazed at how impossible this combination of features could appear on a natural virus. What other virus has demonstrated to be this potent and able to mutate and affect as many organs as SARS-CoV-2? It can severely damage your lungs, your brain, yes, your brain as well, your heart, your intestines, your kidney... Not even ebola nor the plague nor AIDS can do that! You didn't know Covid-19 could also hurt your brain cells? I guess you'd need to read the following article. The new coronavirus can infect brain cells, study finds

You see, you can't make people wait forever just because somebody left the Supreme Court one way or the other. Plus it's mandatory for a president to submit his nominees for the SCOTUS right?
