Epoch Times Wrote:Officials in Mexico are ready to provide political asylum to Wikileaks’ co-founder Julian Assange after a British court ruled the Australian publisher won’t be extradited to the United States.
Assange currently remains in the United Kingdom and was indicted by U.S. prosecutors on 17 espionage charges and one charge of computer misuse related to the 2010 WikiLeaks’ publication of leaked military and diplomatic documents in Afghanistan and Iraq.
During his hearing on Monday, British District Judge Vanessa Baraitser rejected the U.S. extradition request out of concerns Assange might commit suicide.
The United States responded Monday they are planning to appeal Baraitser’s decision to reject their request.
Since when a criminal's threat is a reason good enough as to cancel an extradition!?
Does that mean that if US authorities had learned about El Chapo's threat to kill himself or an FBI agent, they should have let him go?
Epoch Times Wrote:A federal judge on Monday suggested sanctioning a lawyer who represented a group seeking to block Congress from counting electoral college votes on Jan. 6.
U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg issued the opinion in response to a lawsuit brought by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, which argued that state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona were prevented from exercising their power under the U.S. Constitution to certify the presidential electors’ votes cast on Dec. 14.
The group claims that a number of federal and state laws had unconstitutionally delegated the authority of state legislatures to certify these votes to state executive branches. It asked the court to invalidate and declare those laws unconstitutional and prevent Vice President Mike Pence, who will be counting the Electoral College votes, and Congress from counting votes from the contested states until their state legislatures are able to meet to certify the votes.
When they say Amistad Project, it's the same group that Mark Zuckerberg supported with $400 millions or $500 millions, depending on sources, to pay Democratic officials in different cities of the USA to work in the campaign to make Biden win the elections. That's something Zuckerberg and the Amistad Project forgot to mention to the elections authorities during the 2020 campaign so they could analyze if it was acceptable.
Curiously, they wanna prevent Pence from doing his job on January 6th. If they KNEW that the states had broken the law by not letting the states' legislatures certify their results, why do they care about it NOW? What do they fear the most? Would an investigation reveal they pretended to hide their fraudulent votes as valid ballots and disguise Trump's votes as Biden's?
Epoch Times Wrote:The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) announced late Monday that it is scrapping its plan to delist three Chinese telecom companies with ties to the Chinese military.
It marks an abrupt reversal after NYSE said on Dec. 31 that it was in the process of delisting the three state-owned companies—China Mobile Ltd., China Telecom Corporation Ltd., and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd., in compliance with President Donald Trump’s executive order (E.O.) 13959.
An executive order is mandatory, there's no room for the stock's childish tantrums.
Those companies are serious threats for US security!
There's no single Chinese company that isn't linked to the CCP and its military.
Epoch Times Wrote:Despite the drop in trade between North Korea and China at the beginning of this year due to border closures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, China is still North Korea’s biggest trading partner, making up 90 percent of its trade volume.
Documents leaked to this publication detailed two projects that were previously undisclosed to the public.
One leaked document, released in 2016 and titled, “Jilin Province Equipment Manufacturing and International Capacity Cooperation Project Library,” shows that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been funding 15 projects in Jilin, the northeastern province bordering North Korea. Aimed at developing North Korea’s economy, most of these projects were documented as “overseas investment” by the Jilin provincial government.
Well, they claim it's for developing their agriculture. Who knows if this really means they're sending weapons and materials to make them to North Korea.
Epoch Times Wrote:Over 1,000 people injected with a new COVID-19 vaccine have experienced an adverse event, with hundreds being taken to emergency rooms.
One patient in Michigan on Dec. 16, 2020, became lightheaded and dizzy, and experienced chest tightness and hand tingling. She repeatedly told doctors, “I think I am having a panic attack.” She was sent to the emergency room for evaluation.
That’s one of 308 reports from patients sent to hospital emergency rooms documented on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). That represents 0.0064 percent of the total vaccinations done, 4.8 million, as of Jan. 5.
Personally I wouldn't ever get a shot because I've learned about many recent vaccines using aborted fetuses' cells as one of their ingredients. Don't believe me if you don't wanna, but as I posted last week the Vatican knew about that already.
Anyway, it only took them a year to make such vaccines when they'd normally spend about 6 years to finish trials, analyze data, make changes and get all of the approvals. It's obvious they aren't as safe as your good old neighbor the flu vaccine.
Epoch Times Wrote:Hawley recently made headlines after he became the first senator to publicly announce that he would object during the Electoral College certification process on Jan. 6.
A group called ShutDownDC, which is affiliated with the far-left Antifa network, posted a video on Twitter on Jan. 4 that showed a group of people walking to the front of Hawley’s house in the northern suburbs of Virginia bordering the District of Columbia, and for about an hour held signs and carried candles while shouting anti-Hawley slogans through loudspeakers.
So what are the cops waiting for? Are they gonna arrest those Antifa guys or what?

Fox News Wrote:Dozens of black-clad demonstrators swarmed a trio of federal buildings in the City of Brotherly Love on Thursday night, according to police. The buildings included the Robert Nix Building and other federal facilities.
Graffiti messages included the acronym "ACAB," which stands for "all cops are bastards," which was sprayed on a sheriff’s vehicle, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Police also recovered "numerous Molotov cocktails," Philadelphia police Chief Inspector Mike Cram said in the aftermath, according to local media.
It was a terrible way to spend the last night of year 2020 indeed.
Fox News Wrote:Reflecting a nationwide trend, Republicans in the state sought to invalidate ballots that omitted a handwritten date. Brewster's Republican challenger Nicole Ziccarelli lost by 69 votes in state-certified results. Zicarelli has argued that without 311 contested mail-in ballots, she would win by 24 votes.
The state Supreme Court, in a 4-3 decision, ruled in November that it would not apply a handwritten date requirement in the just-finished election, and said the lack of a handwritten date is not a compelling enough reason to throw out the ballot of an eligible voter. In doing so, it dismissed Ziccarelli’s arguments.
Republicans currently hold a majority in the chamber, with 28 seats out of 50.
Dates had always been important to determine whether or not ballots arrived in time and the court dares to claim that's fine, go ahead and count them anyway!?
The threat referred to the slain Iranian general killed in a U.S. airstrike last year
Fox News Wrote:Senior national security officials said they have been briefed about a threat that a plane would crash into the Capitol in Washington D.C. on Wednesday, but told Fox News that the threat did not seem to be "credible."
The threat referred to Qassem Soleimani—the Iranian general killed in Iraq last year in a U.S. airstrike ordered by President Trump. American officials deemed Soleimani -- the head of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' elite Quds Force -- as dangerous as the Islamic State and held him responsible for the deaths of hundreds of U.S. troops.
It sounds more like Antifa or Dems are behind such threat to discourage Republicans from showing up in Washington DC.
Even so authorities will take the threat seriously just in case any prankster pretends to wreak havoc in the capital city.

Epoch Times Wrote:The chambers each voted on the measure following a breach by a group of rioters of the Capitol building while other protesters were gathered outside. It is unclear who instigated the breach of the building.
The Senate overwhelmingly voted 93-6 against the objection to the counting of a slate of 11 presidential electors from Arizona for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
All votes in favor to the objection came from Republicans. They are Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), and Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.).
In the House, 303-121 voted against the objection.
Epoch Times Wrote:Republican lawmakers condemned the violence at the U.S. Capitol on the afternoon of Jan. 6 when throngs of protesters breached the building, forcing Congress to go into lockdown.
The protesters, many dressed in pro-Trump apparel, stormed the building at around 2:15 p.m after breaking windows to get inside. Video footage shows some protesters tussling with police, others showed participants carrying American and Trump flags walking through the hall connecting the two chambers of the Capitol. One woman died after being shot inside the Capitol building.
The breach interrupted debates in both Chambers over objections to the electoral votes from the presidential election. By 6 p.m., officials declared the Capitol building had been secured.
Fox News Wrote:The woman fatally shot inside the U.S. Capitol Wednesday has been identified as Ashli Babbitt, a friend confirms to Fox News. Babbitt was a 14-year veteran who served four tours with the Air Force and resided in San Diego, according to media reports.
Agents with the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, the Secret Service and the Capitol Police were stationed throughout the Capitol to prevent any more disruptions that marred Wednesday's planned review of electoral votes.
No presidential sendoffs via tweet for staffers as Twitter suspends Trump account
Fox News Wrote:White House Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Matthews, East Wing Chief of Staff Stephanie Grisham, and Social Secretary Rickie Niceta all submitted their resignations after pro-Trump supporters mobbed the U.S. Capitol building to stop Congress from certifying the Electoral College votes.
According to the Associated Press, Twitter asked for deletion of three of Trump’s tweets, including the video where he told supporters to "go home." Trump’s account deleted those posts, Twitter said; had they remained, Twitter threatened to extend his suspension beyond the 12-hour ban.

Pence, the presiding officer of the joint congressional session where electoral votes are formally counted, said earlier in the day that he believes the Constitution “constrains” him from “claiming unilateral authority” to make decisions about rejecting or accepting votes even if he has concerns about election integrity.
Instead, he said that when disputes about elections arise, it is the responsibility of the “people’s representatives who review the evidence and resolve disputes through democratic process.”

Fox News Wrote:Twitter and Facebook locked President Trump’s account for the first time on Wednesday night, with both platforms saying he violated their policies, and Twitter going a step further to warn him that further violations of their rules would result in a "permanent suspension" of his account.
Twitter's move came after the social media giant removed a video the president tweeted, in which he told protesters who had stormed the Capitol to "go home," while maintaining that the 2020 election had been "stolen."
Twitter\s Official Statement Wrote:In regard to the ongoing situation in Washington, D.C., we are working proactively to protect the health of the public conversation occurring on the service and will take action on any content that violates the Twitter Rules.

The statement noted that Heshmat Khalifa, an IRW trustee and director, had called Jews the “grandchildren of monkeys and pigs” in a post on his Facebook page, according to a mid-2020 exposé by London’s The Times and Dr. Lorenzo Vidino, director of the Program on Extremism at George Washington University.

The Secret Service and other federal agencies also are investigating others seen on a video inside the U.S. Capitol yelling "Hang Pence."

Sullivan said he was detained on Thursday night and questioned about what he saw during the storming of the Capitol. The Metropolitan Police Department didn’t respond to a request for comment.
Epoch Times Wrote:The United States will remove all “self-imposed restrictions” on contact with Taiwanese officials, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced on Jan. 9, laying the groundwork for closer relations with the democratic island.
The announcement, made during the final days of President Donald Trump’s term, marks the latest move to deepen ties with the self-governed island. The Chinese regime views Taiwan as part of its territory, to be brought under its control, by force if necessary, and opposes any U.S. official contact with the island.
The secretary lifted decades-old “complex internal restrictions” that have regulated diplomats, service members, and other officials’ interactions with their Taiwanese counterparts, according to a statement.

Now, thanks to a watershed overhaul of U.S. money laundering laws, locating the proceeds from foreign bribery, drug trafficking and financing for terrorists could be as easy as a few keystrokes.
The new legislation quietly passed by Congress last month after a decade-long fight is the most sweeping banking reform of its kind since passage of the Patriot Act, in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
For the first time, shell companies will be required to provide the names of their owners or face stiff penalties and jail sentences. Epoch Times Wrote:China’s Ministry of Commerce issued new rules on Jan. 9 in a bid to push back on sanctions and restrictions imposed by foreign governments against Chinese companies and individuals.
An order on “unjustified” foreign legislation published on the Ministry’s website instructs Chinese entities to report within 30 days if they are affected by foreign laws that “improperly prohibit or restrict” Chinese citizens, companies, and organizations from conducting “normal economic, trade, and related activities with a third state or its citizens.”
The Ministry will then determine whether the legislation affects China’s “national sovereignty, security, and development interests.” If the foreign law is judged to be “unjustified,” China’s State Council can issue an injunction against “recognition, enforcement, and compliance” with the foreign laws.
In addition, Chinese individuals and entities that suffer “significant losses” for noncompliance with foreign laws are entitled to receive “necessary support” from Chinese authorities, according to the order.
The order also states that Beijing may “take necessary counter-measures” in response to such foreign laws.

These backchannel communications would essentially find the Biden team in violation of the Logan Act, an allegation they freely made of the incoming Trump administration in 2016.
The Communist Chinese affiliated Hong Kong publication, South China Morning Post, reported that through this established “backchannel,” the Chinese foreign minister, Wang Yi, undiplomatically and pointedly “ordered” Biden to rejoin the Iran Nuclear Agreement, lift sanctions of Iran, and rollback the hardline policies against the Chinese Communist government.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi Wrote:The US shall return to the Iran nuclear deal as soon as possible and without any preconditions, and the US should also scrap all sanctions imposed on Iran, other third-party entities and individuals.

The button will trigger an embedded bomb to go off, killing the soldier.
“At a battalion or brigade level command center, a commander monitors a soldier who is far away by using the navigation system. The commander can activate the self-destruct function of the soldier’s helmet if he can’t get in contact with him,” state-run media China Observer reported on Dec. 27.
Soldiers can also press the button themselves. “If a soldier is seriously wounded and doesn’t want to be captured, he can activate the self-destruct function himself. This can maintain his dignity, as well as prevent the enemy from obtaining this system,” the report stated.
The new helmet is part of a so-called “individual soldier digital combat system” given to troops in the Tibet theater command. They face Indian troops at the border, where there were recent skirmishes over disputed territory in the Ladkh region.
The system includes an antenna and bomb, night vision multifunctional glasses, and a digital control terminal that can be worn on the arm.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel called Twitter’s ban on Trump “problematic,” and said that freedom of opinion is an essential right of “elementary significance,” her spokesperson, Steffen Siebert, said on Jan 11.
Members of the French government agreed.
Clement Beaune, the junior minister for European Union affairs, said he was “shocked” a private company made this kind of decision.
French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire also condemned the move and said that tech giants were part of a digital oligarchy that was a threat to democracy.
Manfred Weber, the leader of the European People’s Party—a centre-right political party—echoed Beaune and called for Big Tech firms to be regulated.
Meanwhile, Norway’s left-wing Labor Party leader Jonas Gahr Støre said that Big Tech censorship threatens political freedom around the world.
The Australian government has also called the ban on Trump an act of “censorship.”
Mexican President Manuel López Obrador also echoed his global counterparts, with Reuters reporting that he said it was a bad sign when private companies try to censor opinion.

Alongside trips for journalists, the group has organized trips for current and former lawmakers, courted media executives from major publications via private dinners, and aimed to cultivate a group of “third party supporters” in the United States to generate positive opinion articles on China that would appear in Western media outlets.
The goal of this campaign, dubbed “United Front work” by the Party, is to “make Americans receptive to Beijing’s form of authoritarianism,” Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in a speech last October.
By targeting foreign news outlets, the regime hopes to limit negative media coverage of Beijing, while boosting favorable coverage, Grant Newsham, a senior fellow at Washington-based think tank Center for Security Policy, said in an email.
Its target for 2010 was to place an average of three articles a week in various publications containing statements in support of China. In 2009, the firm “assisted or directly influenced” the publication of 26 opinion articles and quotes within 103 articles, the filing stated.

Dorsey acknowledges Twitter needs to 'look critically at inconsistencies' of enforcing company policies
Jack Dorsey Wrote:I do not celebrate or feel pride in our having to ban @realDonaldTrump, or how we got here.
After a clear warning we’d take this action, we made a decision with the best information we had based on threats to physical safety both on and off Twitter. Was this correct?
I believe this was the right decision for Twitter.
We faced an extraordinary and untenable circumstance, forcing us to focus all of our actions on public safety. Offline harm as a result of online speech is demonstrably real, and what drives our policy and enforcement above all.
That said, having to ban an account has real and significant ramifications. While there are clear and obvious exceptions, I feel a ban is a failure of ours ultimately to promote healthy conversation. And a time for us to reflect on our operations and the environment around us.
The check and accountability on this power has always been the fact that a service like Twitter is one small part of the larger public conversation happening across the internet. If folks do not agree with our rules and enforcement, they can simply go to another internet service.
First of all they should have enabled the account at once instead of setting a dangerous precedent against free speech and democracy.
Can't they see Americans badly needed to know what the sitting US President had to say back then?
Of course, they never cared about them. They can only think on favoring the CCP and the Democrats.
And how the hell are they supposed to run to another provider? Didn't Amazon ban Parler not long ago?
Epoch Times Wrote:A Texas woman who bragged about being able to deliver thousands of votes for tens of thousands in cash was arrested this week on charges including election fraud and illegal voting.
Raquel Rodriguez was filmed during an undercover project by Project Veritas, a nonprofit journalism watchdog group. She said on video footage released last year that she could deliver “at least 5,000” votes “county-wide” for $55,000 in cash and that would hire her “entire team.” She acknowledged what she was discussing could land her prison time.
Based on the footage, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, opened an investigation. That probe led to the arrest, Paxton announced on Jan. 13.
What did the cheater think they'd do next? Pat her on her shoulder?
Epoch Times Wrote:Democrats in the House of Representatives, joined by 10 Republicans, voted to impeach President Donald Trump for a second time, in a 232–197 vote on Jan. 13. The single article of impeachment alleges that the president incited an insurrection that resulted in the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
The impeachment, accomplished in a single seven-hour session, was the fastest in U.S. history. It is also the first time in the nation’s history that a president has been impeached twice.
Republicans criticized the rush, arguing that it offered no due process to the president and no confidence in the proceedings to the American people. Democrats justified the truncated process by alleging that Trump poses a danger to the nation every day he is in office.
This is ridiculous! How can they claim that they followed due process? They simply skipped the most important part by showing the evidences and let the defendant call his witnesses.
People like Pelosi should be expelled from Congress for viciously persecuting an US official on false grounds.
Fox News Wrote:First, let's be clear about what that reason is not. Legitimate moral outrage will play absolutely no role whatsoever in whatever happens next, no matter how many times House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, D-S.C. goes on television and talks about the civil rights movement...
At this point, it's worth recalling that for decades, and not that long ago, the two most powerful Democrats in the United States Senate were Ted Kennedy and Robert Byrd. Ted Kennedy left a young woman to drown in a drunk driving accident. Robert Byrd was a recruiter for the Ku Klux Klan. Democrats did not seem bothered by any of that. They praised Kennedy and Byrd at every turn, including at their funerals.
So, no, Democrats are not actually outraged in any moral sense by Donald Trump. They never have been. They're too cynical to have feelings that authentic. As if to prove that point, they've named as one of their so-called impeachment managers Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., who as a sitting member of Congress had sex with an actual Chinese spy.
How impartial can such an impeachment be if they rely on congresspeople that have been questioned for being real morons? Hey, why don't they subpoena Christine Fang to witness against Trump? Be careful, she might reveal how easily she fooled Swalwell back in their summer days.
Really? Does anybody still doubt Big Tech is abusing of its power? The lawmakers should quickly repeal section 230!

Epoch Times Wrote:Chinese state-run media is celebrating “the downfall of the United States” following news of the Jan. 6 breach of the Capitol building.
Xinhua published a Jan. 12 commentary titled, “On the Collapse of America as a ‘Beacon’: Well Deserved!” Being a mouthpiece for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), it can be assumed that the Xinhua article reflects the top CCP leaders’ attitude toward the United States.
The article’s author, Wu Liming, is deputy director of the international department at Xinhua. As with most articles that run in state media, his commentary is likely not his personal opinion but a reflection of how the CCP’s senior officials think.
The article starts out: “The ‘beacon’ that is the United States, which claims to be the benchmark of Western democracy, has fallen. … In the live video broadcast, I saw that the symbol of the beacon—Capitol Hill—has fallen. … Let American democracy fall from the altar.”
In recent days, Xinhua’s coverage of U.S. news was mainly fanning the flames and gloating about the ensuing political turmoil. The commentary directly refers to the United States as a “failed country,” saying “the United States can no longer lead the world,” and that the Capitol incident was “well deserved!”
If this had ever happened in China, they'd claim no other nation should get involved and would even dare to threaten them with weird sanctions. Oh but it's OK if China shows its true colors, its true nature as an international bully!
Of course, such reaction shouldn't surprise us as we already knew they were behind the electoral fraud. Last year the US authorities caught some criminals with tons of fake driver licenses. No... Why would they ever use them during the last elections? It was a mere coincidence.
Epoch Times Wrote:This article stated that, “impeachment is also a manifestation of the intensifying struggle between the parties. Epoch Times Wrote:Less than two weeks after China’s conditional approval of Sinopharm’s COVID-19 vaccine, the chairman and a director at the state-owned drug company suddenly resigned on the same day for “personal reasons.” The unexpected news fueled public speculation and doubts over the quality of the Chinese-made vaccine.
The announcement also stated that the resignations will take effect immediately. The board of directors elected Yu Qingming as acting chairman on the same day. Since November 2018, Yu has served as executive director and secretary general of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s committee within the company. Previously, he worked as the secretary to CCP officials of the National Medical Products Administration.
In addition, the announcement stated that although Li Hui holds 54.72 percent of Sinopharm’s shares, his stock ownership will not have a significant adverse effect on the company’s operations, and it will not impact the board of directors.
China affairs commentator Hua Po told The Epoch Times that he believes Chinese-made vaccines have a poor reputation and this might have something to do with the sudden shake-up of Sinopharm’s upper management.
Well, it's the same vaccine that barely surpasses the minimum percent of effective rate required by WHO to be administered to patients anywhere around the globe. We couldn't expect them to do a decent job, especially if they also bought lots of Pfizer vaccines, and nope, average people aren't getting the latter any time soon.
Epoch Times Wrote:After the vaccine was launched, the CCP officially stated that the vaccine was given to Chinese people free of charge. However, in less than a week, people were being charged for the vaccine and this sparked outrage across the country. Then the officials announced that they would subsidize the vaccines so that people wouldn’t have to pay out-of-pocket to get inoculated.

Epoch Times Wrote:Fourteen of the highest-ranking leaders of the gang MS-13 have been indicted on a series of charges related to terrorism, the Justice Department announced on Thursday.
These members of the gang allegedly operated as the group’s board of directors, known as Ranfla Nacional, and directed the criminal activity that was carried out around the world for nearly two decades, the department said. A 31-page criminal indictment was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York that laid out the details of the gang’s activity.
The efforts to combat MS-13 came as a result of President Donald Trump’s 2017 Executive Order ordering several federal departments to coordinate a whole-of-government approach to dismantle transnational criminal organizations such as MS-13 and improve American public safety.
The gang’s motto is “kill, rape, control” and routinely uses brutal assault methods on victims to instill fear and force compliance.
Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen Wrote:The indictment announced today is the highest-reaching and most sweeping indictment targeting MS-13 and its command and control structure in U.S. history.
Finally there are people doing their jobs unlike de Blasio aka de Payaso who doesn't care about families or even cops.
Epoch Times Wrote:The indictment alleges that Ranfla Nacional comprises the highest level of leadership in MS-13. The leaders and other members of the gang began establishing a hierarchical command and control structure in 2002 in order to implement their orders, including acts of violence and murder in El Salvador, the United States, and other countries, the document states.
Military-style training camps for its members and the ascertainment of military weapons such as rifles, handguns, grenades, improvised explosive devices, and rocket launchers were also ordered by the gang’s leaders.
The Ranfla Nacional allegedly exercised influence over the Government of El Salvador by intimidating government officials, law enforcement, and El Salvadorans by acts of violence, the indictment states.

Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Wrote:On Jan. 21, I will be introducing articles of impeachment on Joe Biden for abuse of power,” she told The Epoch Times, accusing Biden of withholding foreign aid to Ukraine and pressuring them to complete a deal with his son Hunter Biden.
When he was Vice President of the United States, he abused the power of his office by basically saying that he would withhold a billion dollars of foreign aid to Ukraine until he got a deal for his son, Hunter Biden, with a Ukrainian energy company.
Nancy Pelosi has lowered the bar of impeachment, basically to the basement, by what she did yesterday, which was the final show of a 4-year-long witchhunt that they started on day one with President Trump. President Trump was guilty of no crimes and they impeached him twice.
She also blamed Democrats, Antifa and BLM for the riots, including the one that took place at Capitol Hill.

The revelation is part of a fact sheet released by the U.S. Department of State on Jan. 15 which slams the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for obsessive secrecy around the origin of the CCP virus, commonly known as the novel coronavirus.
The Chinese Center for Disease Control reported a cluster of pneumonia-like cases of unknown origin on Dec. 21, 2019. But months later, new evidence emerged suggesting that Chinese authorities were aware of the first CCP virus case on Nov. 17. The United States government wasn’t informed about the virus until Dec. 30 from Taiwan.
The Wuhan Institute of Virology, despite claiming to be a civil institution, has worked on secret projects with the Chinese military, including classified animal experiments since at least early 2017, the United States has learned.

Senior CIA officials pressured analysts to withdraw assessment
Epoch Times Wrote:Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe assessed that China interfered in the 2020 federal elections, according to a letter transmitted to Congress.
In the letter, Ratcliffe alleges that intelligence about China’s election interference was suppressed by management at the CIA, which pressured analysts to withdraw their support for the view.
Citing a report by the Intelligence Community’s analytic ombudsman Barry Zulauf, the director of national intelligence said that some analysts were reluctant to describe China’s actions as election interference because they disagreed with the policies of President Donald Trump.
The Washington Examiner published Ratcliffe’s letter and the ombudsman report on Jan. 17, 10 days after publishing an original report on the documents. The ODNI didn’t immediately respond to requests from The Epoch Times to authenticate the documents.
Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe Wrote:Based on all available sources of intelligence, with definitions consistently applied, and reached independent of political considerations or undue pressure—that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections.
Analytic Ombudsman Barry Zulauf Wrote:These analysts appeared reluctant to have their analysis on China brought forward because they tended to disagree with the Administration’s policies, saying in effect, I don’t want our intelligence used to support those policies.
Open Editorial
No matter what you think about Trump's policies, analysts working anywhere should report to their boss what they have found out regarding a potential enemy like China. Failing to comply with their duties should be equal to committing a heinous crime for fooling their boss into thinking the nation is safe and no such threat ever existed.
We can't ever forget several politicians were accusing China of meddling in US affairs, especially after the Swalwell-Fang scandal. Such unilateral decisions on behalf of the DNI allow foreign spies and agents to go under the radar with ease, meaning the only party favored here is the CCP. In case you still think I'm exaggerating here, recall the article on the Xinhua newspaper celebrating the Downfall of the United States. Forget about free elections in the (near) future, those traitors won't do anything to prevent any foreign agents from stealing them from you, the voter, the taxpayer. Plus they could simply use their beloved backchannel talks with the US government to impose their communist agenda. "Business as usual" Iran might say here.
Thus I do seriously recommend prosecuting John Ratcliffe and his "de facto spy cabinet" for high treason. Let's see if there's no ulterior motive behind their irresponsible reluctance.
