Not something anybody would promise to do for you, I won't say it's 100% impossible, but it's not recommended. You never know when you would break something else. Even so I need to know what have you been changing that doesn't get updated properly or as expected.

I think everything inside the text files. For example the name of the shop or the custom names for the sharpening.
For example when I change the name from "McSloppy's Furnace" to "McPerfect's Furnace". On the savegames it will still say "McSloppy's Furnace" and on a new started game "McPerfect's Furnace".

That's completely normal, you see the game system saves a copy of the priests, smiths and techs because they are supposed to be modified via the player's actions like giving them presents like items they badly need for forhing better weapons or learning new recipes. If I didn't do that, all changes you made and stored in a saved game would be available in new games. Shocked I'm sure you don't want that to ever happen or am I wrong, Melana?

No that I don't want that. I just didn't know how this stuff works but now I know better.
Would be a mess if a new player would get the leveled smith with dozens of new recipes already learned. :o

So I have to be sure about the configuration when I make it. Or I would have to make a completely new smith.
But that's not a big deal.

Oh and btw, can we ever expect to have the Gems from KElemres into equipment?

Keep in mind I have to develop scripts for game development and deployment so they won't get weird errors for the test flag had disappeared whenever game devs distributed a finished demo or complete game. Changes in configuration are normal so never depend entirely on saved games, sometimes you do need to test the game from the beginning with fresh data. Once you compress or encrypt your game, it won't try to update anything it already includes. The feature you criticized earlier exist because of deployment itself.

Yes I know that very good.^^
I had to start new savegames for testing hundred of times already so it really doesn't matter if I have to do it one or two times more.

Hmm but what if there comes a boss enemy who can lower your fire resistance by 200%? I'm sure you would be happy to have the option to have fire resistance stones in your armor.

Mmm, I forgot to add the cursed resistance stones so monsters can nullify them Tongue sticking out That would make it a fun experience! Shocked

Well, I have updated both Kustom XP and ACE! In XP version you'll find that I have implemented the cursed resistance gem feature!! Shocked With a simple script call like the following you can curse it or make a monster do it for you...

hero = $game_party.actors[Actor_Index]
hero.gem_resistances[Gem_Index].cursed = true
hero.gem_resistances[Gem_Index].cursed = nil

The third line would replace the second if you need to lift the curse from the poor resistance gem!

In ACE demo I have worked a bit on fixing bugs in KWorkshop so now you can freely access the KWorkshop or KShrine or KFactory at any time. That doesn't mean I've found all bugs that could afflict them...  Confused

By the way, the debate keeps going on, now candidate Cyrus is talking about his proposal to deal with absenteeism! Shocked I guess they don't learn the lesson after how candidate Aluxes has shocked the poor audience.

The new demo gives me a syntax error right when it starts.

When I comment out that line to at least start the demo this error comes up.
