Reaper - General Help
#1
I'm using the Reaper software to record some guitar tracks, trying to make some quick 5 to 10 second riffs that I'll be able to copy and paste together. Anyways, the problem I'm having is I can't listen to what I'm doing as I record. I mean, obviously I can hear the 'acoustic' noise of my guitar, but I'm needing to hear it live with the amp and pedals effects fired up over it. The track that I'm doing requires me to toggle certain pedals and I have to make sure they're clicking on and off when they're supposed to and that my foot is rocking it to the desired rate, but its tough to tell when all I can hear is the acoustic.

Obviously, after the track is recorded I'm able to hear the results, but I need to be able to hear the playback as I'm recording it.

This is how I have it set up right now.
