I solve it myself :)

The problem was in the RGSS dll.

Compatible list:

RGSS102E.dll
RGSS102J.dll
RGSS104E.dll
RGSS104J.dll

Incompatible list:
RGSS100J.dll
RGSS103J.dll

I was using RGSS103J.dll, that the script doesn't work.
Repacked/Unpacked/Reedited DLL's should have this same problem.
