Hey Drowna, good to see you.
The last version has many customization options, like position and windowskin for several windows, all configurable from the configuration section.
You can try them in order to achieve the solution that best fits your needs, and then if there is something that just cannot be obtained by changing the configuration options you can post a detailed description of how you would like the battle screen to look like (a picture would be better than a description).
However, I must say that I'm very short on time these days, so I cannot guarantee when I will have the possibility to help you.
