CogWheel Plug 'n' Play Menu Bars

Introduction

With this single script you can use CogWheel bars without worrying that they take up 100 lines per bar. Thanks to DerVVulfman, he has organised it all made the bars read their data from one place and is still compatible with CogWheel's RTAB.

Just a note...

Yes I know lots of people hate CogWheel's bars as they have some unnecessary coding, but I still like them.
I'm posting this for anyone who wants to use it, but probably won't provide help.
Using this code twice, with any other CogWheel bars or aliasing bars will most likely cause hanging...
