Speed Up Frame Rate During Test Play (Snippet)

Speed Up Frame Rate During Test Play

Introduction
This script lets you speed up the frame rate of your project either automatically or with the touch of a button during test play. Useful if you really want to speed up battles, unskippable cutscenes, or whatever else you want to fast forward through during test play.

Features
  • Speed up the frame rate of your game via button press or automatically while testplaying.
  • Set the value of the new frame rate. Can be absolute or relative.

Scripts
Speed Up Frame Rate (RMXP)
Speed Up Frame Rate (RMVX)
Speed Up Frame Rate (RMVXA)

Thanks
EJlol and Kore for watching me script it during a stream.

Author's Notes
I made it mainly so I can wade through an unskippable cutscene for a project I was testing out.

RE: Speed Up Frame Rate During Test Play (Snippet)

This sounds quite useful actually. Especially since I'm such a perfectionist I end up playing the same sequence over and over to make sure something is just right. Made me wish I could just save a state of the game, then refresh it when scripts or the like are updated. Would make fiddling with x/y faster. XD;

However! This works just as well, and is much more feasible.

EDIT: Oh lol it conflicted with your own Damage Revamp script, because it refers to "PK8" as a class. Changed it to a module and it seems good.
