Hi. I'm looking for a script that causes a status ailment to your opponent when they are attacked that makes them incapable of making a move on their turn. This will only take effect if you either:

a: hit with a critical hit.
or
b: hit with a skill of an element they're weak against.

I also wish for this to be compatible with charlie's ATB system that's FFX style if i got it right.

Anyway. Good luck and i hope my request isn't too tedious for you to pull off. :D

EDIT: If that's too difficult for you guys, try making it compatible with Minkoff's animated battlers instead.
The 'Stun' status effect is one that is commonly used to prevent a victim from performing a move on their turn. If a weapon is flagged to offer a stun status effect and the victim is weak against it, the victim is prone to be stunned. In general, any attack skill or weapon flagged with a 'stun' status effect would work in that manner.

Granted, this would mean that a weapon that is flagged with a stun effect, any attack could stun the victim. Not just a critical hit. But any skill so flagged would also stun the victim.

Just FYI if you weren't aware. I don't know your level of expertise with RPGMaker.
Well my level of expertise in RPG maker is mostly just eventing i'm good at.

But i'm a great spriter too.

scripting...good lord...i don't know the first thing about scripting which is why i get the scripts from here.

oh and i also want it so that script can be used against you. For example. You have a character in your party who is fire element and he takes on a water element monster. That water monster will use a water spell on that character and the character will get the stun status (or whatever status you're set to be given from getting hit by a super effective attack). Also i want it to also happen to the character (and enemies too) if he/she/it misses.
With skills this won't happen though. just your normal attacks.

I suppose i should've mentioned this earlier, but i wasn't keeping track of what i was writing very well and missed out a bit of what i was wanting to write.

Oh and yes i do want it to only be when you get a critical or hit with a skill/attack the target is weak to.
