That's really impressive if you ask me. :)
Sounds like alot of work to create a fully working map with that system.

So were are talking about old stuff. I also have something to offer. Not nearly that impressive but it's a screenshot from my very first game build with RM2k waaaaay back in the past, after my older brother introduced me to RPG Maker.
I think I was 7 or 8 years old when I started that game and I had no clue at all how to use the software. ^^"

KASPERKALAMITY IS BACK!!!! WOOT!!!

Entertaining way you cartoonified the classic RTP trees. I approve!
I wonder what rectreation actually means... (Do people suffer from issues with their bottom parts?)
God damn it Kasper! I wanna map as good as you.

With that out of the way, I am as impressed at your mapping skills as always, Kasper.

I hope I'm not jumping the gun here but I really hope this means a new release of Arbor's Eve is on the way.
well, after DerVVUlfman and I talked a bit about tilesets and my continued frustration wish some aspects of the mapping in RMVXAce, I wanted to show off my most recent terraining, as a mapshot.

I'm still working on passability, BUT...

The Grass IS parallax, but it's a repeating pattern of about 1024x1024 but everything else is tiles, including the awesome rocks from Pioneer Valley Games -
Not bad for a map but I still think those rocks could need some editing to make them look more like part of that ecosystem.
You mean like this?

Problem is that their outlining makes them look 2D and flat compared to the rest of the map, which seems a bit more angled.
