EDIT: How would I get it to show over everything? The picture shows over everything but the light effect for some reason.

Take a look at the 'config' section in the script and increase the 'Z' value. Z-depth controls how things are drawn over others. The bigger the number, the closer the effect. ;)

Dang, I already had that feature ready! :P
