What I'm looking for is to make a Monster into God Mode. The monster cannt be targeted or get damage by HIT ALL Enemies type spells(Even the 0 will not pop up for the God Monster).

When picking a target it skips the God Monster like so

1)
Slime A<
Slime B
God Slime C
Slime D

2)Press Down*
Slime A
Slime B<
God Slime C
Slime D

3)Press Down Again*
Slime A
Slime B
God Slime C
Slime D<

The Slime C is skip when picking a target.
Details details... would this be a temporary or permanent state? Something to be associated to a specific kind of enemy, say through the ID?
Would it be ok if you got the "buzz" when trying to select it, instead of the cursor just skipping it? (I have exactly this feature in my BS with flying enemies that cannot be targeted without a ranged weapon).

Yeah I made a copied version of that for Para's BS and it not what I wanted. Which lead to ALL targeting magic to hurting the monster.

I'm trying to do something like "We must fight them without hurting the child type thing."
while the child WANTS to hurt you.

Targeting Buzz is just fine but, I really want the targeting skip. Also I would love it to be associated to a specific kind of enemy through ID.
