Ability Granting Leveled Items - scripting in progress

This script makes it possible to have items that gain experience while equipped. As they level up, they will grant specified skills to the actor while equipped.

Equipment experience curves will be defined 'per item' and will re-use the default rmvx character curves that are generated by using the BASIS and INFLATION attributes. these will be defined for each item in the configuration section of the script.

Skills granted by each item will be assigned by hashes defined in the configuration section of the script.

I recommend using Passive Skills VX by Syvkal to add attributes or element properties to actors by the Leveled Items.

Didn't get as much time on my laptop last week as I planned, so the progress I was expecting to make on this didn't all happen. Still working on this though.
No problem I'm in no rush to get anything
