How can I get my demo to people without rpg maker, and then make it playable? lately i've just been telling people to download the demo from enterbrain, but don't think anyone who doesn't already have it is going to actually go and download it.

You don't need RPG Maker to play the games, just the RTP. You can include in the download so they can install both
