Hi people!

I wanted to ask you if there is any good basic or intermediate PHP guide, tutorial, exercises or anything similar that you would recommend me to take a look at. You see, I'm in need of learning scripting in PHP and would really thank you if you could direct me into the right direction.

Well, thanks, Metal, I know about that website but I'm looking for other sources to get more info and know about more options and learn from other people's experiences, too.

my advice is to read the comments below the individual function definitions on php.net -- they'll point out usages, and issues that professionals run into and how to get around them.
