I forgot to ask for a system of voices of the characters during battle.
Each character will have a say in every moment of the battle.

Have you considered alternatives? i.e. other ways to do what you want to do? You've got some good ideas there and I especially like the time limit one instead of distance one, character's speed can be a real visible thing that way rather than an arbitrary "how many squares you can move".
I've heard of lots of different RTS and ABS scripts, have you considered using an ABS and limiting movement during battle using events? It will take time to develop, sure, but I think it would work.
Afraid I'm not experienced with Tactical systems, though you may want to look into GubID's tactical system. BUT... there's no AT bar system limiting your time. A novel request you made, I have to admit.

Oh, and it's usually cool to bump requests after 72 hrs (3 days) in most places, so we don't it a doublepost. Winking

I've tried to do for events, and the idea of ABS would not be possible because I could not handle all the "party of characters," I would have to set up some kind of artificial intelligence and I do not want it at all.

I've seen the battle system of GubiD not liked much more, to be honest, I found this on TBS Creation Asylum and liked him very much for being easy understanding and editing ... Until the MGC could create a add'ons needed for the game Very cheery ...

Just a slight note. Winking Could work on character movement in the Mode7 system so the camera view isn't skewed. Was a bit confused. Could be enhanced. Oh, and you could use events for the trees and make them transparent when you're behind them. I have a script for that, a recent post.
I think making an entire forest full of trees which are events cause much lag. A script to lower the opacity of the trees when the character is atraz it would be much better than using events. If something like that would be good.

But without the fleeing subject. I really want scripts above and still waiting for help from you too!

Like I said, I'm no expert on Tacticals. GubID is more so than I. While he's a member here, he's Admin in C.A. where you found Nick's Tactical. Maybe a request there could offer something. Maybe it's just as easy as 'removing the 'step turn' limits (or whatever they're called) and institute a timer? *shrugs* You could pass that on.
