Introduction

Have you ever dreamed of letting your heroes suffer the consequences of using a skill that is too powerful for such weaklings?

Well, now Alex aka Aluxes knows how it feels like.

By the way, I don't know how the ghosts can stand him even for a second! Shocked

It is not a plug & play script because you need to configure the KBackFire module first to make it work properly.  Don't worry pals! It's quite easy to tweak it!

Now accessories might be able to protect your heroes by artificially increasing their current levels during the backfire damage calculation! Winking Don't worry, guys! It's temporary by nature.

Since version 1.0.1 you can also specify the Skill Backfire's Hit Rate! Two Thumbs Up!

Important Maintenance Update
Version 1.0.2 Has Been Released!

A year has passed since I first published the demos. To celebrate their anniversary, I came back with a Bug bug fix to let you enjoy them as initially intended. Happy with a sweat

Indifferent It happened that I forgot to exclude a non numeric key during the internal processing of the Skills Hash back in version 1.0.1.

Now you can watch both protagonists, namely Aluxes and Ralph, get Skull killed if they use their signature moves while still having a low level. Laughing

Just choose an accessory and configure it accordingly. Winking

Steps For XP

Add as many accessory ID's to the LEVEL_RINGS constant as needed.
Then create a new Level state, i.e. Level +5
Add the brand new state to the accessory.
NEVER include any other state there!
If done right, the level of your actor will be temporarily increased for the backfire damage calculation!

Steps For VX

The script now relies on a few custom note tags for Skills and Accessories.
