KAlterStates XP

Introduction
This script should become a collection of modifications of states in ways that cannot be done in the database.
There are no screenshots available because we're just talking about a non graphical alteration of a given state for no state will be removed by the script.
We are just talking about STATES here.
As long as you or your foes can inflict a status ailment on the opponents one way or the other, this will work.
Current Features:
Instructions
Enter key-value pairs of
State ID's and paralysis or "deparalysis" percentages. Here are some examples:

Update
From now on, a
second feature is available for game developers, namely the temporary paralysis.
You know, you get a burn and it hurts but usually you are still able to move... until you simply can't.
It is pretty much the opposite of the original feature.
Well, that is exactly the same situation in my script and demo.

A New Port is Available!
From now on, RMXP developers can also enjoy the possibility of hitting your foe at least once while paralyzed or hate the fact that your burn does not allow you to always strike the enemy with a skill in that turn.

Does the effect only apply to skills, or can it be configured on weapons and items too?
