When I translated the Cogwheel, ParaDog and like software from Japanese, I read their terms and conditions about such things. Which is why I didn't do KGC's... their terms say it's not allowed.
Your terms for your CTB at least says "provided that credit is given to me as the author, or the original author if you use a modified version of it". The name change 'may' be a result of translations... Not sure why they'd change the backgrounds or graphics. They better at LEAST give due credit as your terms state.

The CTB is one thing, Hartacon is another thing. It's a game, a final product. I don't have terms for it simply because it's not meant to be used or modified in any way by third parties. The new name is something like Eternal Battle Online... they have included both my name and your name in the credits.

I was thinking about getting myself the original Star Trek series on VHS or DVD so to finally give it a try, seeing as I have mostly seen Episodes from ST: The Next Generation (I believe I attached the right name to it at least) and a few of an other spin-off where I can't recall the name at all right now except for the ship.
However, since Amazon and Ebay inform me that I'd have to pay around 130€ or more for this...This certainly is way to expensive for my taste. I shall hope that I find it elsewhere for a better price. Especially since I can't particularly say if I'll even like it or not. ^^'

I'm pretty sure the originals are all on netflix... and that's only $8 a month :)

That may or may not be true, but first of all, I would rather be able to watch this particular series on a normal TV. Second, I don't want to have to play monthly for something that I'll not use often. And third:
Sorry, Netflix is not available in your country... yet.
So even if I wanted to I could not use this XD But thanks for the suggestion anyway ^^

i should have added that after i hit puberty at 8, i cant hit high notes like bon jovi, journey, foreigner, or led zepplin.
i usually do johnny cash, jethro tull, michael buble, elvis, or anyone low enough to hit the notes.
