RE: What's on your mind? - DerVVulfman - 10-03-2012 They took the video down. Or it's the wrong link. RE: What's on your mind? - yamina-chan - 10-03-2012 They took it down. Not surpring, to be honest. Uhm...In that case, look at the first 20 seconds from this video: youtube.com/watch?v=2Gi9-UZKYo4 (Advertisement not intended XD') for a clear sound of part of the track. RE: What's on your mind? - millarso - 10-03-2012 Weeelllll, I finally get a break from school for a teacher's convention this extended weekend, and I can't decide what I want to do with it. I'm going to probably try to finish the story for my first project so I can start doing work, but I also have been nonstop playing Borderlands 2 with my small shreds of free time. Hopefully, I don't get too stuck on it. Aside from that, I've been looking for a new job, and I might have a position open at Gibson (guitars) in Nashville as a Mechanical Engineer. That would be a dream for me, but I wouldn't be able to take the job for a good while because of classes and prior commitments. Here's to hoping that it isn't filled too soon. RE: What's on your mind? - DerVVulfman - 10-04-2012 Hm. Certainly none of the Star Wars Saga. Heaven forbid it be a rip from Black Sunday. Certainly none of his earlier works like Lost in Space or Land of the Giants. And (thank God) I don't have E.T. No offense, but I didn't like the movie. A big fish score that was ripped... likely. But maybe not of his calibur. Maybe 80's James Horner? Naw.... too damn easy to recognize. Horner reuses his work over and over again. I could hear the same melodies and rifts used in the Star Trek movies and Krull. Same plinky piano score used from the Pelican Brief to Apollo 13. You got me on this one, milady yamina. RE: What's on your mind? - yamina-chan - 10-04-2012 It's allright, I really appreciate the fact that you even wanted to help =) Unasked for, on top of that. Thanks a lot =D RE: What's on your mind? - KasperKalamity - 10-05-2012 i was driving past this huge windmill field in indiana today. do people actually think these things are less attractive than a nuclear plant or oil refinery? is "eyesore" really even a thing, or is it some b/s politicians come up with to stay in big oil's pockets? RE: What's on your mind? - millarso - 10-05-2012 I think wind farms look pretty awesome. I find the excuses that we don't have more rather sad. I think a lot of it is probably oil money or the fact that it doesn't seem profitable yet. It really bothers me because I say screw profitability, switching to renewables is the decent, sane thing to do. The U.S. is pretty much the only major country on the planet to straight-up refuse to acknowledge the Kyoto Protocol which demands for a reduction in fossil fuel dependency in the next decade. It's sad because we don't even care. RE: What's on your mind? - Samven - 10-06-2012 Not sure if Tales of Xillia 2 is going to be another sucktacular Power of Friendship GLOBAL WARMING clichethon like the last few games, or whether we're going back to the age of actual deep and meaningful themes and controversial issues that we had before Vesperia. Either way, TIME TRAVEL GETS ME TEH HYPESSZZ. >=D RE: What's on your mind? - DerVVulfman - 10-06-2012 It's so bored at work, we took Beer Pong ping-pong balls and started smacking them around the store ...with tennis rackets, golf clubs and night sticks just for kicks. RE: What's on your mind? - KasperKalamity - 10-07-2012 The Running Man is the greatest movie ever. if you disagree, kill yourself. ive watched it every night for the last week and i still am not tired of it. |
