RE: What's on your mind? - kyonides - 10-18-2012 (10-18-2012, 09:28 PM)KasperKalamity Wrote:Why don't I feel better after getting the new nickname?(10-18-2012, 04:02 AM)kyonides Wrote: I want to be just anything but not a traffic light. Otherwise people would always ignore or insult me just because.I dub thee "Gopher of the Round Table"! Wassail! A block street in my country is now dubbed "Calle La Luna" (The Moon Street) due to not several holes but craters that can be found on the street if there's still a black coat of something there and not just dirt and small stones. The interesting part of it is that the correspondent municipality already received a donation of 99 000 liters (no idea of how many ounces that might be) of that short lived black mix they use to make the streets and most of it if not all has already disappeared since 2010... And people still want to think politicians are unable to make a white elephant disappear just by means of mind control techniques. RE: What's on your mind? - Ace - 10-19-2012 Better than zero :D RE: What's on your mind? - Samven - 10-19-2012 Because we here at Sam's Sexy British Accents are always looking to do something for our adoring female fans, my latest comic dub over on the appropriate thread contains 146.5% more yaoi fanservice. Enjoy my heavy, ukeified breathing, ladies. RE: What's on your mind? - kyonides - 10-19-2012 Any interests you gain at the bank get lost right after you make a new deposit. At the end there's no reason to save the sp there. RE: What's on your mind? - Ace - 10-20-2012 Really? Sounds like a bug to me RE: What's on your mind? - DerVVulfman - 10-20-2012 Maybe it didn't like floating/decimal numbers like 0.10%. Changing to whole numbers... 1% Let's see how interest fares this time. *Shrugs* Hopefully, it stays where it belongs. EDIT: Okay, I come in here and find just for this thread: User(s) browsing this thread: Meanwhile, I fixed the Retired Staff permissions, Ollie. Hahaha.... When you made the group, it looks like you tagged 'Banned' members to be able to see the shop items instead. Either that, or it was one helluva coincidence it was next to the group. RE: What's on your mind? - DerVVulfman - 10-21-2012 One of my co-workers got a nasty malware on his PC. It actually calls itself an F.B.I. warning and will link itself to your webcam so you'll see yourself in the screen! Yeeaouuch! Take a lookie at this one: And no, I don't have it. I hear it's a pain to remove. Of course, the givaway is that the FBI will not ask for GreenDot/Moneypak prepaid payments. Oh, and he said he was running both Norton and Stopzilla at the same time. RE: What's on your mind? - yamina-chan - 10-21-2012 That looks nasty indeed =/ I feel sorry for your co-worker. I have just heard a rumor that might explain why I have not been able to locate a collection of music used in the TV show of the Smurfs for years: Aparently a huge ammount of the music is actually famous classical music, some arranged slightly, some not. As much as I find this a great choice, it annoys me just as much. Because if that is true, there is no real chance to find something like a OST CD somewhere. =( RE: What's on your mind? - Samven - 10-21-2012 While nobody likes the sort of fundamentalist religious type who threatens you with fire and brimstone for stepping out of line, self-righteous atheists who smugly harp on about how "You'd never see an atheist murdering babies" and who dodge the bullet every time you point out that regimes like Soviet Russia were atheistic with the post pathetic excuses in history are equally annoying as the Bible-bashers. So, to sort out the idealogical issues once and for all, I propose that every few years all the atheists and all the believers select a couple of champions to duke it out in gladiatorial combat and whichever side wins gets to choose what we believe until the next tournament. Anyone who doesn't like it can take it up with the arena lions. ... Actually, this would be an awesome way to do our elections. Think of how many politicians we could get rid of! RE: What's on your mind? - DerVVulfman - 10-21-2012 Meh. Turned the bank's interest rate back to 0%. It isn't working properly as any deposit made to the account erases any accrued interest. So nope... it's not fixed. |
