I've been looking at this script and other websites and i think i've fixed the error
instead of typing

$game_screen.weather(type, strength, duration)

i used

Code:
screen.weather(type, strength, duration)

and it seemed to work hope this helps

I first used this script a couple years ago on a project and now I'm looking to bring the project to market maybe. I'm looking to purchase a license for the script. I tried to send you an private message, but I am unable to at this time for some reason.

You have to have at least 1 post before you can PM, to prevent advertising.

Let me know if you can't get ahold of ccoa in a reasonable amount of time. I could reimplement it's functionality for you.
