So.... you'll need a tilemap system. This is what can expand your system to work with areas beyond the typical 640x480 window. SephirothSpawn and Me have both made Tilemap scripts and are both highly recommended. Or else, if you want to retain the 20x15 drawn map, you could fill the black areas with a window/hud. I'm not discounting the idea that this is a windows issue. but, for some reason, on the Resolution scripts, even with new projects, I'm getting an error in direct relation to Display.dll (and yes, DerVVulfman's display.dll link is in there right...
