District 9 was an excellent movie, in my opinion. If you're into science fiction and conspiracies, you'll probably enjoy it. :)

district 9 was fantastic because it was so real. a lot of the themes and real-world parallels were a bit TOO blatant but overall it was entirely believable as a spinoff of our own world. the overall style of it was fantastic too and i loved how the emphasis was on the characters and their struggles rather than just LOOK OH GOD ALIENS AND SPACESHIPS
