RE: KUnits XP - kyonides - 07-14-2017 I'm here to tell you about the latest news concerning KUnits XP 2017 development, it has reached version 1.1.0! It now includes curious features like letting the party leader leave his or her party behind for any specific reason, either by pressing a button or via script call. It was inspired by my other script LeftBehind XP, the same that later on ended up inspiring KA-terpillar XP and the original KUnits XP script. The good thing is that KUnits XP 2017 handles that in a modern way I think, plus it prevents you from adding another script to include the same party oriented features. I hope you all enjoy it... I had to fix some minor bugs you may have never noticed and I also included a way to provide the menu with heroes' descriptions, every single description takes 4 lines, first one states its ID and the other three are, well, for making Aluxes aka Alexis aka Alex look like a total, weak minded jerk. Version 1.1.4 is already available! Just take a look at the new features it includes now. Don't worry! The command window replacement can be customized, you can change its colors for background boxes and strings in the script settings. Greetings mortals! Let me now inform you that I've uploaded version 1.1.6 of my KUnits XP script. I had to fix some insignificant bugs here and there and ways to customize the Sprite Box (the command window replacement) have been increased lately, but let a screenshot do the talking here this time. RE: KUnits XP - kyonides - 07-17-2017 People I got to tell you now that the XP version 1.1.8 is now available! I recommend you to download it since it contains some graphical and system bug fixes. You should also know that there's a VX version on the works as well, but it's still in development (even if it still says it's version 1.1.8 on its name). You can download the script from the same online folder, just check the main post to click on the download link and go grab it for free. RE: KUnits XP VX - kyonides - 07-17-2017 KUnits XP & VX version 1.1.10 are now available, guys! Besides fixing a few things here and there, I added a new window in the menu to check on those heroes that were preassigned to any specific team, you just need to press a single button to open and hide that window. Besides I modified VX's dash system so you can pick the dash button at will, plus I added the heavy boots to make the player walk at a slower pace. As you may have noticed by now, XP never included the dash feature, but now thanks to my script you won't need a separate script to implement it. You can configure that and its opposite freely. $game_system.allow_dash = true or false Will either activate it or deactivate it at once, meaning not even the speed boots will help you there, mainly because you might need to prevent them to rush into a dark dungeon? You may start running if you press a button or once the team leader has equipped the speed boots. By the way, just make sure you don't keep any heavy boots because if something makes you equip it by force... RE: KUnits XP VX - kyonides - 07-21-2017 The ACE Bump!
You should know that I have uploaded new versions of my KUnits XP and VX scripts, plus I now offer a brand new KUnits ACE version as well! You can take a look at the screenshots or download the scripts or even play the demos! It's up to you whether or not you wanna be amazed by my scripts, he, he, he, rero. (I got to admit that the ACE version isn't as complete as the other versions, but it's functional!) RE: KUnits XP VX ACE - kyonides - 07-24-2017 Just to let you know, I updated KUnits XP version so it would allow you to add more than 20 heroes to the list of all available heroes. I tested it thoroughly with 52 heroes at the same time. It also features the KUnitsPath XP script that allows you to simulate one of Final Fantasy 6 scene's where you could make a moggle or moogle pick a team to continue your adventure and make other teams wait for their task completion. (It's still a work in progress anyway...) Plus I noticed that MKXP required some font settings adjustments that forced me to upload a separate script just for MKXP. RE: KUnits XP VX ACE - kyonides - 07-25-2017 Both XP and VX reached version 1.2.4 of my script and now a feature like leaving the team behind while the leader passes a trial is back! Plus I fixed some issues with the actor selection within my KUnits menu scene. Remember you can now add as many selectable actors as you can! It's also possible to block or free heroes at will depending on your game's plot so the player can or cannot choose them for any reason you could think off.
