I am watching a LetsPlay of the 6th game in what is undoubtly one of the worst RPG Maker game series ever made.
Right now, there's a dialogue going on between a group of characters; two in particular:

The original Final End-boss from the first game (who
keeps getting killed off in almost every game but returns anyway and who
has been a party member since the 3rd game, kind of) and the priest
character who defeated him in the 5th game but send his soul to paradise
instead of hell, despite his many murders & betrayals, because the
other party members back then asked him too, after said End-Boss asked
them to tell his love that he'll love her forever and has always loved
her. (A love, which came out of nowhere in the 5th game, which had never
been there before and was in fact 'quite' non-existand, juding by the
many times he'd insult her or tried to kill her before that game).

Said so-called love interest is now married to the
priest, having done this about a week after the end-boss of the last
game had been defeated and simultaneously a week after her then husband
for many years had been killed during the game (in which 90% of her
story arc was based on the fact that she loved said man and wanted to
get back to him more then anything else after an...let's call it
argument, to pretend it made sense).

Here's the summary of the dialogue:

MaleHero: “You! You are supposed to be dead!”
Endboss: “I am actually still dead. I am projecting my
ghost from the spirit-world to the real world, because I was bored after
8 years in paradise. Mind reviving me?”
MaleHero: “What?”
Priest: “You can't bring back people from the dead, stupid!”
FemaleHero: “MaleHero and I have been revived before too. I was dead twice, actually.”
Priest: “Don't tell him that!”
Endboss: “I know that, stupid. I've been dead before too and I've been revived.”
Priest: “You are evil! I hate you!”
Endboss: “Then why did you send me to heaven 8 years ago?”
Priest: “I did?”
Endboss: “You did.”
Priest: “...You are evil! I hate you!”
Endboss: “One of your living friends killed half the
protagonists of the first game at the end of the first game, after being
their party member, you know. She's evil too.”
OtherFemaleHero: “I am sorry!!”
FemaleHero: “Aw, that's allright. We forgive you for killing us and our entire race. Twice. You're my best friend!”
Hero: “Yeah!”
Priest: “Yeah, she is nice now. Don't be mean towards my wife!”
Endboss: “She's your wife? - You'll regeret loving her.
Everyone who does, dies. By the way, the thing about me loving her
forever? Yeah...kinda got bored of that, and it was a really stupit
plottwist. I don't anymore.”
Priest: “You are evil! Why should we help you?”
Endboss: “I'll be able to help, if I'm alive again?”
Priest: “Okay.”

Meanwhile, the party has just returned to their burning
home village, with dead people lying about, and in worry for their
children which had been at home, in said burning village last they saw
them.
Not counting the two flashbacks we saw during this, they've been
standing and talking there for a good 15 minutes or so.

This all takes place about 1 1/2 hours into the game, I'd say, and is part of the intro. The gameplay so far consisted of: Play one of the kids for three minutes. Walk the party back to the town for a minute. The rest was cutscene/s.
And also, to be clear on this: I paraphrased the textboxes, to give you the rundown as short as possible. The context remains the same however and you are honestly not missing much XD'
