Dear Friends,
A new addition was made to Save-Point's Material Development board. That being the creation of the Direct Compilable Code forum.
Content such as Scripts or Plugins are indeed code or program instructions used to create game or game systems, however they are designed to be executed by an outside application. Such applications would be an HTML page or the Game.exe from the RPGMaker line.
However, the Direct Compilable Code forum is for something else. It is for software that is used to create the applications themselves. And by that, it is to house actual programs that may be used by individuals who are creating a game application such as Game.Exe or the like.
There is no Requests subforum nor a graveyard for posts with dead links, the board being that new. However that will be forthcoming.
