Ultimate Talking Tutorial - Hebi Kumo - 11-06-2006 Ultimate Talking Tutorial Introduction I remember a time when I came accross a question on a forum about having the people in your game say more then one thing. Well some people had ideas, but like always no one even helped the person they just said: âtry thisâ Such BS...so I messed around and it was very simple and all you need to use is Switches to do it. So lets begin. Set The Event Like So 1) Right click where you want the event/person. The pick their graphic, by clicking the small white box labled: GRAPHIC. 2) Now click the MESSAGE button and type what you want to say. 3) Then click the SWITCH button and click the THREE (3) dots (...) button and give the switch a name something like: âKnight Talking Oneâ. Then make sure the check box is set to ON and click OK. 4) Now click the NEW PAGE button, then pick the same GRAPHIC as on page one. Then check one of the SWITCH check boxes and pick the âKnight Talking Oneâ (or what ever you called it) Make sure the switch is set to ON. 5) Then add a new MESSAGE and repeat steps 2-4. 6) Now when you get to the very last thing the character (non-playable) will say set the event up like so. After your MESSAGE turn off all switches you turned on. This will make the event repeat itself.. Note: if I have confused you just reply here or in the SUPPORT area. ATTENTION: You have to TURN OFF all SWITCHES that you turned on durring this event other wise he wont repeat everything they say. ---Lord Rasler |
