The title says it all. You can be realistic or very creative.
This is a good thread for "non-native-English" speakers, you could learn a lot of new words.
Although I'm first, here's an example or two:
"I think *X poster* is very tall, has unwashed greasy hair but a charming smile"
Or
"I think *X poster* is an orange, 8 legged alien with huge fangs used to eat small children"

I think he has a huge spikey hair do (green of course) with big holes in one ear (earings). He wears long leather coats.

Dark brown hair. Not straight but tightly and naturally curled. Youngish in appearance with a thin face, but no pointy chin. Probably about 5' 8" and with a lean build.
