TVTropes - Story and Character Ideas - Obsession - 06-01-2011 This written resource, despite somewhat informal, I found has saved myself a few times on designing characters and a few quest/mini stories that fit in within the bigger picture of my own RPG. Not really recommended for those who want to be original, as it only provides media cookie-cutter examples. Each of the 'terms' has examples to back them up, so you should more or less know what it's talking about. Once again, don't rely on this to make a masterpeice, as these are already pre-used unoriginal ideas. But if you're really stuck in the gutter, these can really help. Never use it for my work though, it's easier for me to just dive in that chaos in my head and fish something from there.
