FPS Creator and RPGMod - JayRay - 03-25-2014

Now, while I am still working on most of my project and other ideas in RPG Maker XP, I wondered if anyone had tried to start making games using The Game Creator's FPS Creator, and the RPGMod developed by Flatlander and ENOD.

This looks like simple scripting and tools are available to create 3d first-person RPGs that, while large in size, might be right up the alley for game-making enthusiasts. I thought about toying with it myself, and if we get some interest in it, I could start creating 3d entities, segments and other graphics for use in that game engine.

Even without trying a huge open world RPG, I think this would be great for simple dungeon crawler style RPG games.

Forget the stuff about reloaded...

AND the RPGMod is here... http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&b=21&t=184278

I mean, by itself, FPSC is a decent if not a bit bloated FPS Maker, with some really cool community contributions... and a lot of good model packs if you're up to paying the price for them.

i still haven't opened Daz, Hexagon, or the other program that Olivia posted here two years ago, but there's no reason not to now!

yeah, if you know how to model 3d, FPS Creator DOES have several programs that allow for adding characters, structures, and more...
