Introduction

Just get used to pseudo infinite battles! Tongue sticking out

Laughing Nah, just kidding!

Grinning You can give up at any time! Happy with a sweat At least after your heroes got Killer killed by the mobs...

Actually monsters can get a chance to preemptively attack the heroes with any skill or even a common physical attack even before the first turn ever takes place!
This will only happen during a retry!

It's a default battle system add on so no new script call is required.

Check out the KReBattle module and set your preferred values to the Constants and @instance variables. You can activate it by using a game switch and turn it off at any time.

Maintenance Update

A few minutes ago I have uploaded a new demo where I have added 2 new Constants in order to let you set the height of the translucent backdrop and the Y coordinate of the retry command window.

By the way, I have also included a few extra comments letting you know about the overwritten and aliased methods that this script has modified. Then I also noticed I had to remove an unnecessary alias that still was lurking around. Happy with a sweat

Latest Game Update

Nah, it doesn't mean I have uploaded any game. Gamer

It just happens that an unknown user had requested a new feature, namely the load latest saved game.

Now it is also possible to load it instead of retrying the battle! Winking This sounds like great news for cowards I guess. Laughing

On the main post I have pasted several new screenshots showing you how the new feature works in my demo. Shocked

Yeah, the features are customizable as usual. Grinning
