I took a look at it. Easy fix. Line 274 in the Window Results script, you have it set to wait only 10 frames which is why the results screen appears very quickly. Change the 10 to a higher number. ...

Nevermind, I figured out how to work around this. Instead of editing the actual script in the script editor, I played around with editing the data in the Battle Commands RPGXP data file. :P
