That would really have to depend on how hungry i was lol then again i don't think eating eyes would be very nice. But i guess it could be like a mr potato head and the mouth and eyes could be fake. Depends on the circumstances and just how hungry i was!

first: you get a knife and cut a slit into the banana (bottom half)
second: carve two circle shapes on the middle part to make it looks like it have breasts.
third and finally: insert your penis into the forementioned slit and pump gently so the banana wont fall apart.
