After having a satisfyingly enjoyable evening, I am now somewhat content with life for the time being~ <3 So as of now, not much is on my mind~

Hi everyone. My dad let me borrow his PC for a bit, so I can give you an update about my situation.
As some of you probably remember, I wrote a while back that my Laptop crashed and it might take a few weeks for me to come back.
Today I got the deinate answer: My Laptop is dead. Truly and fully. There is no way to fix it. Which also means that I've lost all my data. And I mean all my data, seeing as I was in the process of organizing everything so that I can make proper backups when it happened. (And I don't want to hear about making backups reguarly; I did have proper backups on an external harddrive that a certain person in my family broke accidently a few days perior.)
I do have a backup CD with my game that's about a month old or two and I should have an other CD with my register files for the XP somewhere. But that's about it. All the recources I collected (and partly paeyd for) over the years, all scripts, demos, files, tools etc... all gone. A lot of which are from sites that don't even exist anymore or where I can't name the site or creator out of my head.
Not to mention all the other programs, files or savefiles I've lost (such as a ~62000 words WIP story I was writing [among others] for example).

And on top of that I'll have to by a new PC and all the equippment that goes with it when I really don't have the money for it right now, seeing as even getting a new external harddrive was something I delayed due it beeing to expencive at the moment.

So... as you can guess I'm not to happy at the moment =/

I might drop by a few times untill I get a new computer of my own, but I don't know.
In any case: take care everybody and make sure you have your files saved and double saved!
