Did you keep all of your database files such as database.rmwhatever and all of the data files? Those are the files that contained the meat of your game. If you only kept the map files thats not good. Also you need to have kept the actual tilesets that were used in the maps. Chances are the ones that are not showing up were from chipsets that were not part of the rtp. If you didn't import that file back in again the game wont be able to display the map because the tileset is missing. Do you recall copying all of the files or just the map files?
