I found a message script and cannot figure out how to use it

I found a message script at a Japanese site that allows name windows and face windows. The problem is I cannot figure out the code I have to put in the text to get a name window and face window. I even tried translating the comments with google translate and none of the comments said how. Script removed to do the terms of the site it was at. |
