Hello people! there is a demo of my game. It's a space opera based in the table rpg called Fading Suns, but the story, the game and the graphics (with the exception of some pictures) are mine.
As sad as it sounds, it's almost entirelly in spanish, because i'm an argentinian spanish speaker, and i'm a bit lazy to translate everything. But, nevertheless it's understandable with Internet in the hands.
Story
The story begins as simple as possible: you are in a spaceship, going to fulfill your duties as a free mercenary for the Hawkwoods against the Voldrok pirates, but something goes wrong with the Gate, and you end in a lost planet, that preserves more technology from the Second Republic that the entire Empire.
But the planet is in a struggle of power, in a post-atomic cold war between three factions: The Abwher Citadel of Reval, that wants revenge for the nuclear holocaust that erased a continent and let the planet at the edge of destruction; the Sayshel Collective of Tsaerdik, and the Lions of Delphia, the only representants of the nobility power in Twilight. Abwher apparently has the advantage, and has launched an attack on Zigo, a free country not originally engaged in the war, and has a starfleet that can compete with the Imperial Fleet of the Known Worlds*.
I put some notorious effort in making it as realistic as posible, so there is no end now, it's in the story beginnings, but you can do some missions, explore a little and listen to some marvelous music. Enjoy
Features
*Mr. Mo ABS Ultimate. Enemies in screen, murder of NPCs, bullets & ranged weapons
*Jabberwocky's Quest Log: to keep note of the different missions and tasks.
*Thievery & Crime: the core of any interactive RPG...
*Non linear story: at least three ways of ending the game: as a military from Abwher, as a Zigo rebel, or as an Empire loyal citizen.
*Prexcraft Crafting System: to make items, solve puzzles, add robot combatants, etc.
*Weapon Requisites: not everyone, even if it can be for some class, can use certain weapons.
*Good power balance: every battle is a challenge, not matters what level has the user. Low power curve.
*Very Customizable characters: learn skills by choice, not by level or class; same thing with the parameters. (working on it)
*Big characters: taller and detailed.
*Paperdoll System: the armor and equipment reflected in the graphics.
*Many characters: everyone with his own story and personality (working on it).
*Secret Levels!!

What is missing
*
Parameters: Charisma and Constitution parameters that actually serve apurpose
*Stat & Technics distribution system:Actually it has two systems, none of them entirelly useful. Once I'm able to add
skill points by level, I'll keep Micko's System.
*More graphics, Maps & NPCs:To advance further in the story and adding non-linear options.
*Weapon-related skills: to really customize the characters and their combat abilities
*Improving the crafting system: work, work, work in the system.

*The setting of Twilight, and the backstory, is an official launching of the table RPG Fading Suns. The events of the game, and all the characters with the exception of Vajra are of my own creation. Thanks too to the Tilesets, that had been modified from other sources, and the scripters (specially DerVVulfman and Jaberwocky). And Feng Zhu for many images used in the game.
