We use the same basic format on every site but change each one a bit for different sites' capabilities and tolerabilities. amaranthia.com is the hardest to work with because of the limited formatting... but I've been involved in THAT community for... I think it's been 9 years now. Amanda Fitch actually gave me my first job. :)
