Hey Rose, I planned to do the exact same thing with my game "Tyrant's Story" or alternatively titled "Revolution". It's more of a modern tale though, set in the 20th century.

Takes place of an evil mastermind and his assistant. Many different routes you can follow like takeover government facilities, take over a city, asassinate, spy, etc
