i got to do the weekly updates at this other board i go to. it's like the gazette but with a poll.

i have what's known as restless brain sydrome. i'll give you an example -
why do we have shirtsleeves and pantlegs instead of shirtarms and pantsleeves?
why do we put shirts in dressers, dresses in closets, and get dressed in bathrooms where we take showers when we put clothes in closets to keep them dry and so we don't have to fold them, even though nobody folds anything in their dresser anyway so what difference does it make?
see, i know how to ask the tough questions. like why is it that people who dont know how to swim are allowed to join the navy? they don't let you in the army without arms, and you wouldnt join the airforce if you didnt know how to fly would you?
