I was emailed by Twitter Support that since I cannot text with the phone associated with the account, all I need to do to get my account back is to text from the number associated with the account and I'll receive a code!
But... the problem was that I can't text at all with it! COME ON, REALLY?! HOW DOES THIS HELP?!
Yeah, Twitter erroneously locking my account caused this problem, it's their fault and they need to unlock it now
