Officially a resident of Itabashi just outside of Tokyo! :D
Japanese paperwork is crazy, they have forms for everything. Thank goodness they're so helpful and patient with foreigners here. Most are too shy to attempt English but that's good for me as I have to learn to speak Japanese.
