Sometimes you can't know for sure if people are talking seriously, especially if it's all about China!Really, who gets imprisoned for naming his dogs officer or traffic controller or nurse or anything the like? First time I heard of this. So If I'm traveling to china, I can't bring a dog with a name that's illegal then?
