Sick and tired of seeing "an historic" being written out. I see it everyday. I don't even care why anybody would write that, I'm sticking to "a historic" to the very end. "An historic" doesn't even sound correct being spoken aloud. The word "historic" doesn't begin with a vowel as H is a consonant. "An apple", "a pear", "an electric eel", "a horse", etc.
