Using a laptop to do it, well... they're weaker than a regular computer. Yeeeeah, it's lame, but I wouldn't recommend doing that. That's probably why it was sluggish. In fact, I've read that it can straight up kill the life of your GPU! Which is why people do powerful GPU SLI setups for multi-monitors. Otherwise, their GPU won't last very long, no matter how strong it is. Too much load putting constant pressure on the poor GPU over extended periods of time sounds spooky.
I think I'm beginning to think that notion there.
Anyway, I'm gonna finally attempt to fix PC issues, by doing the last thing I can do. And that's reformat. The PC's given me no choice. So I have to do it, as much as I don't want to. Luckily, I'm a Windows Insider, so I can use Insider builds to do the trick.
