Cuomo should resign if investigation proves 'criminal coverup' of nursing home deaths

The congresswoman told "Justice with Jeanine Pirro" Saturday she believes New York Commissioner of Health Dr. Howard Zucker should resign from his post after the state’s Attorney General Letitia James released a report Thursday suggesting the Department of Health could have miscounted deaths by nearly 50%.

I want to see a federal investigation because I think there were criminal acts conducted by the governor, by his senior staff. I want a very public and transparent investigation. I think he should resign if there's a criminal coverup, which I believe there is.

Honestly, I saw him on TV after the announcement of the State Attorney General's report, and blamed everyone but himself for it. He can't say it was partisan politics as the State's AG is also a Democrat. And damn it, Cuomo said "Who Cares?" during his tirade? Really?


2 FBI agents dead, others injured in Florida shooting while attempting to serve a warrant in a child pornography case

Two FBI agents were killed Tuesday morning and three others were wounded while trying to serve a search warrant at a home in Sunrise, Fla., in a child pornography case, the FBI confirmed to Fox News. The suspect is also dead.

This was the first time an FBI agent was shot on duty since 2008.
