Exciting news, courtesy of petapixel.com: SanDisk's New 1TB SD Card Takes Speed to V60

This would've been great when I was doing the music project. When recording music and even video, one ends up creating a bunch of heavy files, some of which will wind up being junk. I've always had bad latency trying to record to a portable drive or SD card, but this sounds like it could be a game changer. Good for recording 4K and 6K video? Yeah, it's probably good for a lot of things then. The SD card can receive all of the recordings, leaving the main computer free from the cluttered payload.
Things I've Never Seen Before
This could exist, I've just never seen it.
Turn on the TV and the episode goes like...
