The game DerVVulfman speaks of was not pornographic, merely mean-spirited and a vessel of hatred from how most could view it. it was a touch gory but nothing all that shocking. It was a game that largely was designed to attack members of the community, allegedly even taking words out of people's mouths and recontextualizing it all to make them sound far nastier than was intended. I don't know though, I never played it and I've never had any real beef with the dev. I left most of the larger rpgmaker communities long before his rise to infamy. Out of respect for a fellow mutineer and a loathing for the communtiy at large, I choose to mostly not engage in the politics surrounding him, having done so only once a good couple years ago. All of it was hearsay though and i don't really know how much of his story was truth or not. All I do know is the elites of the rpgmaker community do love to lie and perform character assassinations, so I take most of hwat i hear with a gratuitous amount of salt these days.

As far as I know the dev never posted the game here, it only came up due to some people telling me and my offhandedly making some crude joke about it in the forums got noticed by some people who liked the guy, so there was a small kerfuffle about it.

I really do create chaos without even trying, sometimes! Dx

Anyway, welcome to the forum! One of antiquity and by the looks of it, the rpgmaker forum that is going to last the longest, in the fringes and otherwise.

Indeed, the game that Remi-chan mentioned was quite mean spirited. And it would be cause for banishment as it would violate our rules on trolling and flaming of community members. However, she is mistaken upon both the game and developer mentioned.

The game in question was by another developer, his game extremely violent and displayed a violent and sadistic hatred of women, and was clearly of an x-rated (adult-only) nature.

Her confusion is understandable, the game being banned before her account was created.

Either way, it's interesting to hear about things beyond my time.
