Next goal is to build an automated off-site backup solution! For that I'm crunching the numbers. I don't want to quote an amount because I don't know what the tariffs are going to do to my component costs yet - given 90% of what I need has to ship from China as it's not made anywhere else.

Do know:
PayPal charges me 3-5% per successful transaction. ( 2.99% domestic US, everywhere else it varies - although AU seems to be more like 1.5% )
Stripe charges me 2.9% + $0.30 per successful domestic transaction. More for people paying from outside the US
